At YMCA Camp Bernie, we work year-round with children to help them grow into young leaders, whether through our summer camps, group & family weekend programs or our outdoor education programs. As a result, our staff are well-versed in peer leadership and mentor training.
We work with your staff to determine and set goals for your peer leadership retreat to YMCA Camp Bernie, understanding that it is an integral part of your year-round peer leadership training. Through our teambuilding and challenge course elements, our staff work with your students on the skills needed not only for their own teambuilding experience, but also for helping others work through these difficult, but important lessons.
