Job Opportunities : Leadership/Supervison Staff

All Leadership Staff are responsible for the administration of all camp programs, and will work as a team with the Program Directors and Camp Directors. In addition to their area of responsibility, leadership staff will work with the Program Director to implement special events, provide leadership for staff and campers, and perform other duties where needed. All leadership staff must be at least 21 years of age, have previous camp experience, and demonstrate leadership abilities. A driver’s license with a clean driving record, CPR and First Aid certifications are also required.

AQUATICS DIRECTOR
10 Weeks $2,000 – $2,500
Responsibilities: The Aquatics Director is responsible for the safe operation of our outdoor swimming pool and pond; including planning and implementing of swimming lessons, supervision of staff and lifeguards, record-keeping, and enforcing all safety procedures.

Requirements: The Aquatics Director must be at least 21 years of age, have previous camp and pool operation experience, and demonstrate supervisory and leadership abilities. CPR for the professional rescuer, lifeguard, and WSI certifications are also required.

LEADERSHIP/SERVICE DIRECTOR
10 weeks $2,000 – $2,500
Responsibilities: The Leadership/Service Director is responsible for supervising the counselors and campers in the Leadership Adventures and Service Learning Adventures programs. Responsible to plan and implement curriculum and daily programming, organize and lead off-site day trips, and provide guidance and leadership for campers.

The Leadership/Service Director must be at least 21 years of age, have previous camp experience, and demonstrate supervisory and leadership abilities.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR (Day Camp and Resident Camp)
10 weeks $2,500 – $2,800
Responsibilities: The Program Director is responsible for organizing, planning, and implementing the day-to-day program of Day or Resident Camp, working with the Camp Director and leadership staff. He/she will plan and implement the daily camp schedule, plan and implement special events and activities, supervise program instructors, provide leadership for staff and campers, and perform other duties where needed.

Requirements: Program Directors must be at least 21 years of age, have two or more years of camp leadership experience, and demonstrate supervisory and leadership abilities.

UNIT LEADER (Day Camp and Resident Camp)
10 weeks $2,000 – $2,500
Responsibilities: Unit Leaders are responsible for supervising the counselors and campers in their designated unit – organized by age in Day Camp and by age and gender in Resident Camp. Unit Leaders plan and implement programming for their unit, handle camper and staff issues, communicate with parents, provide leadership for staff and campers, and perform other duties where needed.

Requirements: Unit Leaders must be at least 21 years of age, have previous camp experience, and demonstrate supervisory and leadership abilities.

WILDERNESS DIRECTOR (One Male, One Female)
10 weeks $2,000 – $2,500
Responsibilities: The Wilderness Directors are responsible for supervising the counselors and campers in the Wilderness Camp and Wilderness Expedition programs. Wilderness Directors plan and implement daily programming; organize and lead off-site overnight trips, and are responsible for the care and safety of all staff and campers in these programs.

Requirements: The Wilderness Directors must be at least 21 years of age, have previous camp experience, and demonstrate supervisory and leadership abilities. Wilderness First Aid and CPR certifications are also required.
